Last updated: 10 September 2026
TRIADX respects your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit this website, request our presentation or contact us, on what legal basis, for how long, and which rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
1. Controller
The controller for the processing described here is Sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību "TRIADX" (SIA "TRIADX"), a limited liability company under Latvian law (sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību, SIA).

Registered office and postal address: Brīvības iela 200C, Rīga, LV-1012, Latvia.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as the conditions of Art. 37 GDPR are not met. All privacy matters are handled at the email address above.
2. Data we process
Server log data: IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, referrer, browser and operating system information. This data is generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure and is required to deliver the site securely.
Contact data: if you write to us by email, we process your email address, your name if provided, and the content of your message.
3. Presentation download form
When you request the TRIADX RADAR CV Overview document through the download form, we process your email address, the interface language you used, and the fact and timestamp of your consent. The record is stored in the presentation_leads table of our database.
Purpose: to give you access to the document and to contact you about it.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to triadx@triadx.eu. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it (Art. 7(3) GDPR). On withdrawal the record is deleted.
Processors: the database and the hosting are operated on Lovable Cloud / Supabase infrastructure, which act as processors under Art. 28 GDPR.
Retention: records are deleted 24 months after submission, or earlier upon withdrawal of consent or an erasure request.
Providing your email address is voluntary and is neither a statutory nor a contractual requirement; without it we cannot deliver the document.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Delivery, stability and security of the website — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a functioning, attack-resistant site).
Answering your enquiry and any resulting business communication — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding).
Delivery of the requested presentation — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
Compliance with statutory retention or export-control obligations, where applicable — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
5. No tracking or profiling
This website does not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. Fonts are served from our own servers, so no data is sent to third-party font providers.
6. Recipients and processors
Personal data is disclosed only to service providers acting as processors under Art. 28 GDPR — in particular our hosting, database and email providers — and only to the extent needed to operate this site and communicate with you. We do not sell personal data.
7. International transfers
We aim to keep processing inside the European Economic Area. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with supplementary safeguards.
8. Retention
Server log data is kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting, and is deleted or anonymised shortly afterwards. Download-form records are deleted after 24 months. Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for the periods required by statutory retention obligations.
9. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21), and the right to withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3)) without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise a right, write to triadx@triadx.eu. We answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
The authority competent for the controller is: Datu valsts inspekcija (State Data Protection Inspectorate of Latvia), Elijas iela 17, Rīga, LV-1050, Latvia, www.dvi.gov.lv.
10. Provision of data
Providing personal data is not a statutory requirement. You are free to browse the site without contacting us; if you do not send us contact data, we cannot answer an enquiry or deliver the presentation.
11. Changes
We update this policy when our processing or the legal framework changes. The current version is always published on this page.
